Take your business elsewhere, customer service is horrid. They'd rather make money off a mistake then keep you as a customer. Somehow a 30$ credit turned a 25$ credit? An honest mistake turned into annoying back and forth emails. The help page is misleading, tells you to follow directions but once you do youre stuck in a Have To Pay Now Countdown for something I didnt even want to do. take your business to Ebay, no loopholes with them.

Way worse than the old pwcc app. If you do a search with a lot of results and click into one of the results, no more will load without re- entering the search and starting over. Makes it hard to look for Jordans. Also when you try to bid, it only allows a selection from a bid amount list. It will stop at round numbers like 50 or 100 and you can't bid higher. I've lost multiple auctions because I could not bid higher than the bids before me. Not good for buyers or sellers. The website is fine.

Severe performance issues across the board. I have never seen an app take a second to register individual keyboard inputs. Packed full of bad experiences that should never have made it into production. For example, if you search for an item and check out the auctions, but then tap the "Fixed" tab to see if anyone is selling that item for a fixed price, you have to enter your search term again. It doesn't just remember what you are looking at between tabs. It's full of stuff like that.
